Preheat Oven – Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch (23 cm) round cake pan.
Mix Wet Ingredients – In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
Add Dry Ingredients – Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir gently until combined, being careful not to overmix.
Swirl in the Jam – Pour half the batter into the prepared pan. Spoon dollops of jam over it, then cover with the remaining batter. Use a knife to gently swirl the jam into the cake for a marbled effect.
Bake – Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve – Let cool before dusting with powdered sugar or adding a thin layer of jam on top. Slice and enjoy!
