Cut two large sheets of aluminum foil.
2. Assemble Packets:
Place a chicken breast in the center of each foil sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and teriyaki sauce.
Add pineapple chunks and red bell pepper slices on top.
3. Seal and Cook:
Fold the foil over the ingredients and seal the edges tightly to create a packet.
Bake in the oven for 25–30 minutes, or grill over medium heat for 20–25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).
4. Serve:
Carefully open the foil packets, letting steam escape.
Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds, if desired.
