¾ cup cold water

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)

For Serving (Optional):

Honey or powdered sugar for sweet version

Taco toppings: seasoned ground beef or chicken, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, salsa
