Spinach Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Step 1 – Prepare Spinach Puree

Wash and pat dry the spinach.

Blend spinach with ⅓ cup milk until smooth and bright green. Set aside.

Step 2 – Make the Cake Batter

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease cake pans.

In a large bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy.

Add the spinach puree and mix well.

Sift together flour and baking powder, then fold into the wet ingredients until smooth.

Step 3 – Bake the Cake

Divide batter evenly into prepared pans.

Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Allow cakes to cool completely before frosting.

Step 4 – Prepare the Cream Frosting

Whip the cream powder with cold milk according to packet instructions.

Add cream cheese and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth and creamy.

Step 5 – Assemble the Cake

Spread frosting between cake layers and on top.

Garnish with fresh berries, a drizzle of berry compote, powdered sugar, or edible flowers.
