Spinach and Feta Gozleme

In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Gradually add warm water and olive oil, kneading until smooth.

Cover and let rest for 20–30 minutes.

Prepare the Filling:

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté onions until soft.

Add spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and mix in feta, salt, pepper, and optional herbs.

Assemble the Gozleme:

Divide the dough into 6–8 equal portions. Roll each portion into a thin circle on a floured surface.

Place a generous amount of the filling on one half of the dough, fold over, and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.

Cook the Gozleme:

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Brush lightly with olive oil or butter.

Cook each Gozleme for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.

Serve:

Slice into wedges and serve warm.
