Slow Cooker Garlic Parmesan Whole Cabbage with Lemon Butter

Remove outer leaves and rinse the cabbage.

Core the cabbage and cut a small slice from the bottom to help it sit flat in the slow cooker.

Make the Garlic Parmesan Mixture:

In a small bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Cook the Cabbage:

Place the whole cabbage in the slow cooker.

Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cabbage, covering it as much as possible.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.

Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or until the cabbage is tender and flavorful.

Serve:

Carefully remove the cabbage from the slow cooker.

Garnish with fresh parsley or chives if desired.

Slice into wedges and serve warm as a hearty side dish.
