Combine Ingredients:
In your slow cooker, mix the cream of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
Add Beef and Mushrooms:
Place the beef cubes and sliced mushrooms into the slow cooker, making sure they are well submerged in the sauce.
Season:
Sprinkle salt and freshly ground black pepper over the mixture to taste.
Cook:
Low heat: 7–8 hours
High heat: 3–4 hours
Cook until the beef is tender.
