Divide bell peppers, onion, garlic, corn, shrimp, and sausage evenly among the foil pieces.
Season and Drizzle
Drizzle olive oil over the ingredients.
Sprinkle smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes evenly over each packet.
Seal Packets
Fold foil over the mixture and crimp edges to seal tightly.
Cook
Place packets on a baking sheet if using the oven or directly on the grill.
Bake or grill for 20–25 minutes, until shrimp are pink and cooked through and vegetables are tender.
Serve
Carefully open the foil packets (watch out for steam).
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
