Prepare the Pork:
In a medium bowl, combine the sliced pork with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly and set aside for 5–10 minutes.
Cook the Pork:
Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the marinated pork and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until browned and mostly cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
