Sausage, Sauerkraut & Potato Skillet

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced Polish sausage and cook until browned and flavorful.

Cook the Aromatics:

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.

Add Potatoes and Sauerkraut:

Stir in the diced potatoes and drained sauerkraut. Mix well to combine all ingredients.

Season and Simmer:

Season with salt, pepper, and caraway seeds.

Cover the skillet, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender.

Serve:

Remove from heat and serve hot. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
