1 fresh aloe vera leaf
1 cup filtered water
1 tbsp raw honey (optional)
A squeeze of lemon (optional)
How to Make:
Slice the aloe leaf open and scoop out the clear gel. Avoid the yellow sap—it can be harsh.
Blend the gel with filtered water until smooth.
Add honey or lemon if desired.
Sip fresh, preferably in the morning or before meals.
