Puff Pastry Bacon Cheese Bites

Preheat Oven: Heat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry sheet slightly and cut into squares or rectangles.

Fill: Sprinkle each piece with shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, and herbs (if using).

Fold & Seal: Fold pastry over the filling to form little pockets or pinwheels. Press edges to seal.

Brush: Brush tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.

Bake: Place on baking sheet and bake 12–15 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
