Pineapple, Turmeric, Carrot & Lemon Juice: Homemade Immunity Booster

Ingredients

3 large carrots, peeled

1 small piece of fresh turmeric (or 1/2 tsp ground turmeric)

1 thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger

1/2 lemon, peeled or juiced

1/2 ripe pineapple, peeled and chopped

Instructions

Wash and peel the carrots, turmeric, and ginger.

Chop the pineapple and lemon into small chunks.

Add all ingredients into a juicer.

If using a blender: add 1/2 cup of water and blend until smooth.

Strain the juice with a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth if desired for a smoother texture.

Pour into a glass and serve immediately for the best flavor and nutrients.
