Heat the water until steaming and pour it carefully into the bowl.
Add 2–3 drops of peppermint oil. Do not exceed this amount—essential oils are highly concentrated.
Sit comfortably, place your face over the bowl, and drape the towel over your head to trap the steam.
Close your eyes and breathe deeply through your nose for 5–10 minutes.
Repeat once or twice daily as needed for congestion relief.
