Dissolve the lemon jelly in 250 ml boiling water.
Allow it to cool slightly but not set completely.
2. Prepare the Filling
In a large bowl, mix the cold Ideal milk with the Caramel Treat until smooth.
3. Assemble the Tart
Arrange a layer of tennis biscuits at the base of a serving dish.
Drizzle or brush a little cooled jelly over the biscuits to soften them slightly.
Spread a layer of the caramel and milk mixture over the biscuits.
Sprinkle a generous layer of grated Peppermint Crisp chocolate on top.
Repeat layers (biscuits, jelly, caramel mixture, chocolate) until all ingredients are used, finishing with grated Peppermint Crisp on top.
4. Chill
Refrigerate the tart for at least 4 hours, or until set. Overnight chilling is ideal for best results.
5. Serve
