Parmesan Meatloaf

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Lightly grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.

2. Sauté Vegetables

Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat.

Add diced onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until softened, about 3–4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

3. Prepare Meatloaf Mixture

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Italian sausage, sautéed vegetables, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

Mix gently until all ingredients are evenly incorporated—avoid overmixing to keep meatloaf tender.

4. Shape and Bake

Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared loaf pan.

Spread ketchup or tomato sauce on top if using.

Bake for 50–60 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
