Cook the Steak: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned on all sides, about 5–7 minutes. Remove the steak and set aside.
Season the Pan: In the same skillet, add smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
Cook the Pasta: Add pasta, beef broth, and BBQ sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10–12 minutes, or until pasta is cooked and the sauce thickens.
Combine & Cheese: Return the cooked steak to the skillet. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and the pasta is coated in the sauce.
Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
