One Pot Smoked Sausage Pasta

Heat a large skillet or pot over medium heat.

Add sliced sausage and cook for 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.

2. Sauté Aromatics:

In the same pot, add chopped onion and garlic.

Sauté until fragrant and softened, about 2–3 minutes.

3. Add Liquids and Pasta:

Pour in diced tomatoes (with juice) and chicken broth.

Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Add uncooked pasta, cover, and bring to a simmer.

4. Simmer:

Cook uncovered for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.

5. Add Cheese and Sausage:

Stir in mozzarella cheese and cooked sausage.

Cook for another 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts and everything is heated through.

6. Serve:

Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Serve hot for a creamy, cheesy, sausage-packed meal.
