No-Fuss Easy Sourdough Bread

In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, sourdough starter, and warm water.

Stir until a sticky dough forms. Add a little more water if too dry.

First Rise:

Cover the bowl with a damp towel or plastic wrap.

Let rise at room temperature for 2–3 hours, or until doubled in size.

Shape the Loaf:

Lightly flour a surface and gently shape the dough into a round loaf.

Place it on parchment paper or in a floured proofing basket.

Second Rise:

Cover loosely and let rise again for 30–45 minutes.
