In a chilled bowl, beat the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Set aside.
2. Make the Chocolate Frosting

Whisk in cocoa powder until smooth.
Gradually add powdered sugar and milk, whisking until thick and creamy.
Stir in vanilla and remove from heat. Let cool slightly.
3. Assemble the Cake
In a serving dish or springform pan, layer crushed cookies at the bottom.
Spread a layer of whipped cream over the cookies.
Drizzle or spread a layer of chocolate frosting on top of the whipped cream.
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a whipped cream layer.
