A soothing massage oil can be made at home to directly target sore joints.
Ingredients:
10 dried bay leaves
½ cup olive oil or coconut oil
1 small glass jar
Instructions:
Lightly crush the bay leaves.
Heat the oil in a pan (do not boil).
Add the bay leaves and let them infuse for 5–10 minutes.
Cool, strain, and store in a jar.
Massage onto affected joints twice daily.
