Moist and Nutty Avocado Bread

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and avocado oil until smooth.

Stir in the mashed avocado until fully incorporated.

In a separate bowl, mix almond flour, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning on top.

Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
