Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
Cook Meat Sauce:
In a large skillet, cook ground beef, Italian sausage, onion, and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in marinara sauce, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Assemble Lasagna:
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom.
Layer noodles, followed by the cheese mixture, more meat sauce, and a sprinkle of cheddar and mozzarella.
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with meat sauce and remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
Bake:
Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Rest & Serve:
Let lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot with garlic bread or a crisp salad.
