Melt-in-Your-Mouth Beef Tips with Mushroom Gravy

Season beef tips with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear beef tips until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Cook the Mushrooms and Onion:

In the same skillet, add butter, onions, and mushrooms. Sauté until onions are translucent and mushrooms are tender, about 5 minutes.

Add garlic and cook for 1 more minute.

Make the Gravy:

Sprinkle flour over the mushroom mixture and stir to coat. Cook for 1-2 minutes to remove raw flour taste.

Slowly pour in beef broth while stirring constantly. Add Worcestershire sauce and thyme. Bring to a simmer until gravy thickens.

Combine Beef and Gravy:

Return beef tips to the skillet, reduce heat, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until beef is tender and fully cooked. Adjust seasoning to taste.
