Low Carb Baked Alpine Pork Chops with Cheese On Top

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

Season the Pork Chops:
Rub the pork chops with olive oil, then season evenly with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and thyme.

Bake the Pork Chops:
Place the pork chops in the prepared baking dish. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Add the Cheese:
Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle the grated cheese evenly on top of each pork chop. Return to the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.

Garnish & Serve:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete low-carb meal.
