Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Make the Meatballs
In a bowl, mix together all meatball ingredients until just combined. Roll into 1.5-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
Prepare the Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, warm olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add crushed tomatoes, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.
