Lemon Garlic Steak and Broccoli Skillet

Prep the Steak: Pat the steak strips dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt, pepper, and oregano.

Cook the Steak: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak strips in a single layer. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until browned but still tender. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Broccoli: In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil. Sauté the broccoli florets for 4–5 minutes until they’re bright green and just tender. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute.

Combine & Add Lemon: Return the steak to the skillet. Add lemon zest and juice. Toss everything together for 1–2 minutes until heated through and coated in the flavorful lemon-garlic sauce.

Serve: Divide between plates and enjoy immediately with rice, quinoa, or a fresh salad on the side.
