Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
Place the pork tenderloins in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Let the pork marinate for at least 15–30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).
Roast the tenderloins in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).
Remove from the oven, cover loosely with foil, and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve drizzled with the pan juices or additional honey garlic glaze.
