Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream the butter and sugars together in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped Kinder Bueno pieces.
Scoop dough into balls (about 2 tablespoons each) and place onto the prepared baking sheet.
If desired, press extra Kinder Bueno chunks on top of each dough ball for a gooey finish.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden but centers remain soft.
Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
