1 red bell pepper

1 green bell pepper

1 ½ cups warm water (300 ml)

½ cup vegetable oil (100 ml)

1 tablespoon dry yeast (10 g)

1 tablespoon granulated sugar (20 g)

4 cups all-purpose flour (480 g)

1 teaspoon salt (8 g)

150 g braided cheese, torn or grated

150 g cheddar cheese, shredded
