Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy.
Add milk, oil, and coffee, mixing gently.
Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
Bake the Cake:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Pour batter into a greased and lined round cake pan.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.
Fill the Cake:
Slice the cooled cake into two layers.
Spread boiled condensed milk (dulce de leche) over the bottom layer.
Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
Place the second cake layer over it.
Decorate:
Spread whipped cream evenly over the cake.
Drizzle with melted white and dark chocolate.
Sprinkle almond flakes and extra peanuts on top for crunch.
