Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, maple syrup (or honey), melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Gently fold in the berries and half of the chopped nuts.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining nuts on top.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the oatmeal is set.
Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
