In a heatproof bowl, whisk egg yolks with lemon juice.
Slowly drizzle in the melted butter while continuously whisking to form a smooth emulsion.
Stir in minced garlic and season with salt and pepper.
Bake:
Pour the garlic hollandaise sauce evenly over the casserole.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until the top is golden and bubbling.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley and sliced tomatoes or cucumbers. Serve hot.
