Grilled Salmon Salad with Avocado

Step 1 – Prepare the Salmon
Rub the salmon fillet with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Step 2 – Grill the Salmon
Place the salmon on a preheated grill or grill pan. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side until nicely charred and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, avocado slices, and spring onion.
