Grilled Chicken & Avocado Salad Bowl

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
Rub the chicken breast with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Grill on medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.

Step 2: Make the Dressing
Blend avocado, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth. Adjust consistency with a splash of water or lemon juice if needed.

Step 3: Assemble the Bowl
Place chopped greens in a bowl. Top with diced avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and grilled corn. Arrange sliced grilled chicken on top.

Step 4: Garnish and Serve
Drizzle with avocado dressing, sprinkle with chili flakes, and add fresh parsley or cilantro. Mix gently before eating.
