Gluten-Free No-Oven Milk Bread Rolls

Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, mix gluten-free flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and xanthan gum.

Add Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk milk, oil (or melted butter), and egg until smooth. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until a soft dough forms.

Cook the Rolls: Heat a non-stick skillet over low-medium heat. Place the rolls in the skillet, cover with a lid, and cook for 10–12 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
