Garlic, Turmeric & Guava Leaf Tea

Boil Water: In a saucepan, bring 3 cups of water to a boil.

Add Ingredients: Add garlic, onion, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, and guava leaves.

Simmer: Reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.

Strain: Pour the tea through a fine mesh strainer into a cup.

Optional Flavoring: Add honey or lemon if desired. Serve warm.
