Garlic Butter Stir-Fried Vegetables

Prepare Sauce (Optional): In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth. Set aside.

Heat Pan: In a large skillet or wok, heat butter or olive oil over medium-high heat.

Sauté Garlic: Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Cook Vegetables: Add broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Add Sauce & Seasonings: Pour in soy sauce and cornstarch mixture (if using). Stir to coat vegetables evenly. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook an additional 1–2 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.

Serve: Remove from heat and serve immediately as a side dish or over rice/noodles for a light main course.
