Garlic Butter Lobster Tails – Rich, Succulent, and Easy to Make

Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top shell lengthwise down the center.

Gently lift the meat out of the shell and rest it on top, keeping the base attached.

Make the Garlic Butter:

In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice.

Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

Brush the Lobster:

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and generously brush with garlic butter.

Bake:

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly firm.

Baste once more with garlic butter halfway through cooking for extra flavor.

Serve:

Garnish with chopped parsley and extra lemon wedges.
