Fried Cabbage with Bacon, Onion, and Garlic

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy.

Add sliced cabbage to the skillet.

Stir frequently, cooking until cabbage is tender but slightly caramelized (about 8–10 minutes).

Combine and Serve:

Chop or crumble the cooked bacon and toss it into the cabbage mixture.

Stir to combine evenly and serve hot as a side dish or main for a lighter meal.
