Stovetop Method: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated cauliflower and cook, stirring occasionally, for 12–15 minutes until lightly charred and tender.
Serve:
Transfer the cauliflower to a serving dish. Garnish with fresh coriander or parsley, if desired. Serve hot as a side or snack.
