Ingredients:
1 tbsp dried or fresh orange peel
1 inch fresh ginger root, sliced or grated
2 cups hot water
Instructions:
Add peel and ginger to a small pot of water.
Simmer 10–15 minutes.
Strain and sip slowly; add honey if desired.

Simmer orange peel and ginger with lemon slices.
Add raw honey and reduce to a thicker consistency.
Store in a clean jar in the fridge for up to a week.
