Crockpot Lasagna: Juicy, Cheesy, and Effortless

1. Cook the Beef

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.

Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.

2. Layer in the Crockpot

Spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce at the bottom of the crockpot.

Place a layer of uncooked lasagna noodles over the sauce, breaking them as needed to fit.

Add half of the cooked beef, half of the cottage cheese, and a layer of mozzarella.

Repeat the layers: noodles, remaining beef, remaining cottage cheese, remaining mozzarella, and finish with a final layer of noodles and sauce.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top, if desired.

3. Cook
