Crockpot Creamy Potato & Hamburger Soup

Brown the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.

Prepare the Crockpot:
Add browned beef, diced onion, minced garlic, and diced potatoes to the crockpot.

Add Broth and Seasonings:
Pour in beef broth, then add salt, black pepper, thyme, and paprika. Stir to combine.

Cook:
Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until potatoes are tender.

Add Cream:
Stir in heavy cream about 30 minutes before serving to make the soup rich and creamy.

Serve & Garnish:
Ladle into bowls and top with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.
