Crispy Chicken Quq Quq Wings

Prep the Chicken Wings:

Pat the wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. This helps them crisp up.

Season & Coat:

In a large bowl, mix baking powder, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.

Toss the wings in the mixture until evenly coated.

Cook the Wings:

Oven Method: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet. Bake 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.

Air Fryer Method: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Cook wings in batches for 25–30 minutes, shaking halfway through.

Serve:

Arrange wings on a platter and serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
