Crispy Cheese Sticks: Golden, Cheesy, and Irresistible

Crush the corn flakes into fine crumbs and mix with dried garlic, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.

Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.

Coat the Cheese Sticks:

Dip each mozzarella stick into the beaten eggs, then roll in the corn flake mixture, pressing gently to coat evenly.

For extra crunch, repeat the egg and corn flake step once more.

Chill:

Place the coated cheese sticks on a tray and freeze for at least 30 minutes. This prevents cheese from melting too fast during frying.

Fry the Cheese Sticks:

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to 180°C (350°F).

Fry the cheese sticks in small batches for 1–2 minutes until golden brown. Do not overcrowd the pan.

Remove and drain on paper towels.

Serve:

Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce, such as marinara or ranch.
