Crispy Apple Pie Taquitos

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Fill the Tortillas:
Spoon about 3–4 tablespoons of apple pie filling down the center of each tortilla.

Roll and Arrange:
Roll up each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Add Butter and Cinnamon Sugar:
Brush the tops with melted butter. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle evenly over the taquitos.

Bake:
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Serve:
Serve warm, drizzled with caramel sauce if desired.
