Creamy Seafood Pasta Salad with Shrimp and Crab

Cook the Pasta – Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

Prepare the Seafood – If using raw shrimp, cook them in boiling water for 2–3 minutes until pink and opaque, then cool. Flake or chop the crab into bite-sized pieces.

Make the Dressing – In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Combine Ingredients – Add pasta, shrimp, crab, celery, and red onion to the bowl. Toss until everything is evenly coated with the dressing.

Chill and Serve – Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld. Garnish with parsley or dill.
