Creamy Garlic Butter Salmon & Shrimp Pasta: A Decadent Seafood Dinner

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook pasta until al dente, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water. Drain and set aside.

Step 2 – Cook the Salmon & Shrimp

Pat salmon and shrimp dry with paper towels.

Season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook salmon skin-side down for 4–5 minutes, then flip and cook 3 more minutes. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, cook shrimp 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Squeeze lemon juice over shrimp and set aside.

Step 3 – Make the Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce

Melt butter in the same pan and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.

Mix in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.

Simmer 3–4 minutes until thickened.

Add cooked pasta and toss to coat. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.

Step 4 – Assemble & Serve

Nestle salmon fillets and shrimp on top of the pasta.

Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan.

Serve immediately.
