Creamy Chicken and Veggie Pasta

Season the chicken breasts with sweet paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a bit of oil and cook the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

Cook the Vegetables:

In the same skillet, sauté garlic, red onion, bell pepper, celery, and broccoli until tender but still crisp.

Cook the Pasta:

Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving a small cup of pasta water.

Make the Creamy Sauce:

Lower the heat and add cream to the sautéed veggies. Stir in grated parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

If needed, add a splash of reserved pasta water to thin the sauce to your desired consistency.

Combine Everything:

Slice the cooked chicken and add it to the sauce and vegetables.

Toss in the cooked pasta until well coated.

Serve:

Serve hot, topped with extra parmesan if desired.
